This is possible only for Xcel Bronze before the first competition. After the first competition athletes will stay at the same level for the whole season.
2. After the season, can my child on the Xcel program move to DP?
Theoretically yes, she can. For example: Athlete was on Level 4 ( 2019-2020), then moves to Xcel Silver (2020-21), she can move to Level 5 (2022-23), but in reality, this will be hard for the gymnast, who is practicing 6 hours weekly to be on the same level with gymnasts practicing 10 hours weekly.
3. What is the "flat fee" for the routine?
"Flat fee" is the price for the routine and will not change during the season for any reason. (Music can cost anywhere from $25 or $150, routine will be created by a high level professional or assistant; the amount of participants can be from 1 to 10 per level). The price for the upper level routines will be as written in the Handbook for the season 2023-24.
4. For the group routine do we need to have the same leotards?
Yes.
5. Can my student perform individual routines in the same leotard from the group routine?
Yes, but the theme of the music must match the leotard.

Yes, your child can participate in all competitions if the hosting gym offers an Xcel program. Xcel athletes will not be judged, but they will be evaluated by judges with evaluation scores.
