Pre-Team is the stepping stone between recreational gymnastics and the competitive program. It is a great place for kids to figure out if they like the added expectations and seriousness of taking gymnastics further.
It is more intense than rec. classes, but still less hours than the "real" team. Gymnasts will grow in the sport by learning skills based on a progressive curriculum. The focus is on building strength, increasing flexibility, shaping, and perfecting basic skills with fun drills, conditioning and stretching,
Gymnasts who are invited to the Competitive Team will begin competing at level 3 or Xcel Bronze, after completing Pre-Team.

Tuition:
Monthly (4 weeks) payments are automatically charged to the on-file credit/debit card on the 1st of each month.
REGISTRATION FEE:
In addition to Tuition, there is an Annual Registration Fee of $42.00 per student or $70.00 per family . Effective until August 28th, 2024.
Single class/try-out/drop-in costs: 1h, $37. If class have an available spot, appointment required. Membership not required.
