BALLET BARRE CLASS
This is a morning ballet barre class for adults of all levels and abilities. Don't give up on your dream to learn ballet just because you are an adult! Each class lasts for 1 hour and aims to strengthen and improve your technique. Basic, beginning ballet barre exercises, principles, and techniques that develop strength, balance, concentration, coordination, confidence and grace, taught in a supportive, playful, noncompetitive environment. The focus here is on working mindfully and deeply on the subtle and powerful mechanics involved just in the barre work - properly strengthening and stretching new or returning dancers.
These fun filled training sessions are open to all and will give you a diverse dance experience.The classes provide a great way to keep yourself active and meet other adult ballet dancers.
Ballet 1.Perfect for those who have never done ballet before.
Ballet 2.Our more “advanced” ballet class is perfect for students with some prior ballet experience.
ATTIRE:Wear close fitting clothing,Leggings with a snug t-shirt are fine.
SHOES: Socks or barefeet are fine for your first couple of classes, however, if you decide you'd like to continue, ballet shoes are reommended. The longer you explore ballet, the more you will need them.
